We do not sell your data. Your health information is used to power your dashboard, recommendations, reminders, and appointment preparation. You choose what to add and can update your information.
We take your privacy and data security seriously. This page explains, plainly and honestly, how information you enter during sign-up, onboarding, and dashboard use is handled.
When you use One Health, the information needed to provide the service is transmitted over encrypted connections to our systems and infrastructure providers. It is processed to create and maintain your account, personalize your dashboard, show relevant recommendations, save reminders, and prepare for appointments.
Some features may use secure services to organize your profile information, produce summaries, or generate helpful visit questions. These services should process only the data needed for the requested functionality.
Account, profile, and dashboard information may be retained while your account is active or as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, prevent abuse, and maintain security. Limited technical logs may be kept for a restricted period for reliability, security, and compliance.
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, but no method is 100% secure. You use the service at your own risk.
We use third-party providers to deliver essential functions, including hosting, database services, authentication, email delivery, reliability analytics, performance monitoring, and certain secure processing or summarization features. These providers may process the information needed to operate One Health.
Your data may be processed or stored in the United States, Canada, or other countries where we or our providers operate. Where international transfers are required, we rely on applicable transfer mechanisms and contractual commitments from our providers.
We do not sell your data. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim responsibility for acts or omissions of third-party providers that process data on our behalf. We may update our sub-processors and will reflect material changes by updating this page.
We are not a healthcare provider, and using this service does not create a physician–patient relationship. Do not use this service for medical emergencies. For emergencies, contact local emergency services.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional data protection rights (e.g., GDPR). Please also review our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
This page is subject to, and incorporates, the Warranty Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability in our Terms of Service.
The service is not intended for children under 13 (or under 16 in the EEA/UK). By using the service, you represent you have the legal capacity to consent.
We may update this page from time to time. See the 'Last updated' date above.
