We do not sell your data. The information you choose to add is used to power your account, dashboard, recommendations, reminders, and appointment preparation.
This policy explains how One Health handles information when you use our website, public resources, account features, onboarding, dashboard, recommendations, reminders, and appointment-preparation tools.
Where applicable law recognizes that role, One Health acts as the controller for information where we determine how and why it is processed.
Health information can be sensitive. You choose what information to add to One Health, and by adding it, you authorize us to process it to provide, secure, maintain, and improve the features described in this policy.
You can choose not to provide certain information. If you do, some recommendations, reminders, resources, or appointment-preparation features may be less personalized or unavailable.
Depending on where you live, we may rely on different legal bases to process information, including your consent, the need to provide the service you requested, our legitimate interests in securing and improving the service, and compliance with legal obligations.
One Health is a consumer tool for educational and organizational use. Unless separately agreed in writing, it is not intended to receive protected health information on behalf of a healthcare provider, health plan, clinic, employer, insurer, or other regulated entity, including a HIPAA covered entity in the United States.
We do not sell your data and do not use your health information to create advertising profiles. We may share information only when needed to provide, secure, or operate the service, comply with law, protect rights, handle a business transaction, or act with your consent.
We use third-party providers for essential functions such as hosting, databases, authentication, email delivery, reliability analytics, performance monitoring, and certain secure processing or summarization features.
Account, profile, and dashboard information may be retained while your account is active or as long as needed to provide the service, meet obligations, prevent abuse, resolve disputes, and maintain security. Limited technical logs may be retained for a restricted period.
Where account controls do not cover a request, you can contact us at support@onehealthreport.com or use any other support channel we make available in the service or on the site. We may need to verify your identity, request additional information, or limit a request where permitted or required by law.
We aim to limit tracking. Essential cookies, local storage, or similar technologies may be used for sign-in, security, preferences, functionality, and performance. We do not use advertising cookies.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, including encryption in transit, application-level encryption for certain saved sensitive data, access controls, operational monitoring, and account security options where available. No method of storage or transmission is 100% secure.
If a security incident triggers a legal notice obligation, we will provide notices required by applicable law.
Please also review our Data Security page.
Your information may be processed or stored in the United States, Canada, or other countries where we or our providers operate. Where international transfers are required, we rely on applicable transfer mechanisms and contractual commitments from our providers.
One Health is not intended for children under 13, or under 16 in the EEA or UK. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children below those thresholds.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised update date.
Your use of One Health is also subject to our Terms of Service.
