Last updated: June 2026

We do not sell your data. The information you choose to add is used to power your account, dashboard, recommendations, reminders, and appointment preparation.

Controller and Scope

This policy explains how One Health handles information when you use our website, public resources, account features, onboarding, dashboard, recommendations, reminders, and appointment-preparation tools.

Where applicable law recognizes that role, One Health acts as the controller for information where we determine how and why it is processed.

Sensitive Health Information

Health information can be sensitive. You choose what information to add to One Health, and by adding it, you authorize us to process it to provide, secure, maintain, and improve the features described in this policy.

You can choose not to provide certain information. If you do, some recommendations, reminders, resources, or appointment-preparation features may be less personalized or unavailable.

Information We Collect

  • Account and sign-in information, such as username, email if provided, authentication methods, recovery codes, and security events.
  • Profile information you choose to add, such as age, biological sex or relevant anatomy, location, lifestyle, history, measurements, conditions, medications, vaccines, screenings, tests, notes, and reminders.
  • Dashboard information generated from your use, such as recommendation status, risk factors, follow-up priorities, visit questions, visit summaries, and organization preferences.
  • Limited technical data, such as device type, browser, language, errors, performance metrics, security logs, and information needed to prevent abuse.
  • Communications you send us, including support requests, feedback, or issue reports.

How We Use Information

  • Create, secure, and maintain your account.
  • Build and update your personal health profile.
  • Personalize your dashboard, recommendations, reminders, and educational resources.
  • Prepare questions, priorities, summaries, or useful context for appointments.
  • Provide public pages, guides, articles, and screening or test resources.
  • Monitor reliability, fix errors, prevent abuse, protect security, and meet legal obligations.
  • Understand and improve the service, including with aggregated or de-identified data where appropriate.

Legal Bases Where Required

Depending on where you live, we may rely on different legal bases to process information, including your consent, the need to provide the service you requested, our legitimate interests in securing and improving the service, and compliance with legal obligations.

Healthcare Context and Regulated Data

One Health is a consumer tool for educational and organizational use. Unless separately agreed in writing, it is not intended to receive protected health information on behalf of a healthcare provider, health plan, clinic, employer, insurer, or other regulated entity, including a HIPAA covered entity in the United States.

Sharing and Service Providers

We do not sell your data and do not use your health information to create advertising profiles. We may share information only when needed to provide, secure, or operate the service, comply with law, protect rights, handle a business transaction, or act with your consent.

We use third-party providers for essential functions such as hosting, databases, authentication, email delivery, reliability analytics, performance monitoring, and certain secure processing or summarization features.

Retention

Account, profile, and dashboard information may be retained while your account is active or as long as needed to provide the service, meet obligations, prevent abuse, resolve disputes, and maintain security. Limited technical logs may be retained for a restricted period.

Your Choices and Rights

  • You choose what information to add to your profile and dashboard.
  • You can update your onboarding answers, medications, vaccines, screenings, tests, notes, and reminders.
  • You can browse certain public resources without an account where those pages are publicly available.
  • You can clear locally stored browser data and manage available sign-in or recovery options.
  • Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, port, object, withdraw consent, or complain to a supervisory authority.

Where account controls do not cover a request, you can contact us at support@onehealthreport.com or use any other support channel we make available in the service or on the site. We may need to verify your identity, request additional information, or limit a request where permitted or required by law.

Cookies and Local Storage

We aim to limit tracking. Essential cookies, local storage, or similar technologies may be used for sign-in, security, preferences, functionality, and performance. We do not use advertising cookies.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, including encryption in transit, application-level encryption for certain saved sensitive data, access controls, operational monitoring, and account security options where available. No method of storage or transmission is 100% secure.

If a security incident triggers a legal notice obligation, we will provide notices required by applicable law.

Please also review our Data Security page.

International Transfers

Your information may be processed or stored in the United States, Canada, or other countries where we or our providers operate. Where international transfers are required, we rely on applicable transfer mechanisms and contractual commitments from our providers.

Children's Privacy

One Health is not intended for children under 13, or under 16 in the EEA or UK. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children below those thresholds.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised update date.

Your use of One Health is also subject to our Terms of Service.
